Diocesan StaffAccountant
The Diocese of Superior is seeking a full-time Accountant at the Chancery in Superior, WI. The Accountant is primarily responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of financial records and transactions for the Diocese and its 103 parishes. Work includes understanding and applying GAAP, entering financial transactions, assisting with budget preparation and monitoring, and assist wth the financial administration of insurance and health benefits. This inividual will also assist with audits, fact checking and assist in the support to parish bookkeepers.
Qualifications: We are looking for a Candidate who has an Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience and who embraces the mission of the Catholic Church and is looking for upward professional growth. Other qualifications include a working knowledge of computers, QuickBooks, MS Word, and Excel.Candidates must be tactful, well-organized, courteous in dealing with others, have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, enter financial information with accuracy, and adhere to the highest level of confidentiality. A practicing Catholic is preferred.

Director of Catholic Formation (New Richmond, WI)
The churches of Immaculate Conception and St. Patrick’s look to employ a Director of Catholic Formation who will oversee the entire Catechetical ministries within our parishes. The director will be responsible for all programs within the Catholic Formation realm including the Sacraments, as well as managing direct report employees along with volunteers within formation programs. The director will foster and maintain relationships within the parish, office staff, Diocese of Superior, and St. Mary School along with the greater community. The director will build out curricula following guidelines set forth by the Diocese and work closely with our Pastor in selection of those programs. This individual would be passionate in their faith, enthusiastically committed to formation for all ages, and willing to serve as a spiritual leader and role model. Director of Faith Formation (Eagle River, WI)
Come join our team! The NLCC is in search of a Director of Faith Formation. You would be responsible for the development, organization, and administration of the specified areas of religious education and Catholic formation program in fulfillment of the catechetical mission of the parish in cooperation with the pastor, parish staff, and Diocesan Department of Evangelization and Missionary Discipleship.
The ideal candidate will have or be willing to work toward advanced-level religious certification from the Diocese of Superior as well as complete Diocesan required Safe Environment Training. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and a variety of social media platforms is preferred. A love of Jesus and working with youth is essential!
