Coordinator of Employee Benefits and Insurance

The Diocese of Superior is seeking a full-time Coordinator of Employee Benefits and Insurance at the Chancery in Superior. This position is responsible for tasks of the administration of employee benefits such as group health, cafeteria flex plan, dental, life and disability insurance including open enrollment and compliance with the Affordable Care Act. In addition, this individual will assist in the administration of property, liability, vehicle, and workers' compensation insurance.

Qualifications: A candidate with a 2- year or 4-year degree in business, finance, or human resources with benefit administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience whom is looking for upward professional growth. A working knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality. Salary to be determined based on qualifications and experience. A practicing Catholic is preferred.

Director of Faith Formation (Eagle River, WI)
Come join our team! The NLCC is in search of a Director of Faith Formation. You would be responsible for the development, organization, and administration of the specified areas of religious education and Catholic formation program in fulfillment of the catechetical mission of the parish in cooperation with the pastor, parish staff, and Diocesan Department of Evangelization and Missionary Discipleship.

The ideal candidate will have or be willing to work toward advanced-level religious certification from the Diocese of Superior as  well as complete Diocesan required Safe Environment Training. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and a variety of social media platforms is preferred. A love of Jesus and working with youth is essential!

Director of Catholic Formation (New Richmond, WI)
The churches of Immaculate Conception and St. Patrick’s look to employ a Director of Catholic Formation who will oversee the entire Catechetical ministries within our parishes. The director will be responsible for all programs within the Catholic Formation realm including the Sacraments, as well as managing direct report employees along with volunteers within formation programs. The director will foster and maintain relationships within the parish, office staff, Diocese of Superior, and St. Mary School along with the greater community. The director will build out curricula following guidelines set forth by the Diocese and work closely with our Pastor in selection of those programs. This individual would be passionate in their faith, enthusiastically committed to formation for all ages, and willing to serve as a spiritual leader and role model. As a director, they will be expected to have a strong on-site presence, both in the office and at programs.
