Accounting Assistant
The Diocese of Superior is seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant at the Chancery in Superior, WI. The Accounting Assistant is primarily responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of financial records and transactions. Work includes understanding and applying GAAP, entering financial transactions, QuickBooks, basic reporting using MS Excel and Word software, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and providing support to parish bookkeepers.
Qualifications: Candidate must have a minimum of an Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience. Other qualifications include a working knowledge of computers, QuickBooks, MS Word, and Excel.Candidates must be tactful, well-organized, courteous in dealing with others, be able to prioritize tasks, enter financial information with accuracy, and adhere to the highest level of confidentiality. A practicing Catholic is preferred.

Coordinator of Employee Benefits and Insurance
The Diocese of Superior is seeking a full-time Coordinator of Employee Benefits and Insurance at the Chancery in Superior. This position is responsible for tasks of the administration of employee benefits such as group health, cafeteria flex plan, dental, life and disability insurance including open enrollment and compliance with the Affordable Care Act. Parish Administrator (Woodruff, WI)
Holy Family Catholic Church in Woodruff, WI is seeking a Parish Administrator. Through a Servant Leader approach, the position supervises the general operation of the parish; coordinates the ministries of worship and faith formation; oversees the areas of communications and the maintenance department; and is responsible for the overall finances of the parish. Reporting directly to the pastor, the parish administrator works closely with him and serves to increase his availability for parish and sacramental needs. Director of Catholic Formation (New Richmond, WI)
The churches of Immaculate Conception and St. Patrick’s look to employ a Director of Catholic Formation who will oversee the entire Catechetical ministries within our parishes. The director will be responsible for all programs within the Catholic Formation realm including the Sacraments, as well as managing direct report employees along with volunteers within formation programs. The director will foster and maintain relationships within the parish, office staff, Diocese of Superior, and St. Mary School along with the greater community. The director will build out curricula following guidelines set forth by the Diocese and work closely with our Pastor in selection of those programs. This individual would be passionate in their faith, enthusiastically committed to formation for all ages, and willing to serve as a spiritual leader and role model. As a director, they will be expected to have a strong on-site presence, both in the office and at programs.
